Corporate Finance Senior

This Top independent practice is currently recruiting into their Corporate Finance team at Semi Senior and Senior level in the Rugby office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with audit/accounts experience to transition across into the corporate finance arena whilst being guided by one of the major players in the region.

The role will involve working closely with existing members of the team on a wide range of projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial due diligence reports
Financial projections models in Excel
Share valuation reports
Information memoranda
Assistance as part of a team on lead advisory assignments
Targeted company research to identify potential acquirers and potential acquisition targets
Involvement with department business development activities

Skills:

Qualified / Part Qualified ACA / ACCA
Strong Excel skills essential
