Corporate Finance Senior Manager - Surrey

Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood have recently been instructed by highly reputable, regional firm based in Surrey to source an experienced Corporate Finance Senior Manager or Associate Director.

​

They key focuses of the role would be concentrating upon M&A work, transactions, funding, forecasting, with some additional exposure to lead advisory work and due diligence.

​

Clients would be mid market OMBs and SMEs, so an overall advisory mindset and skillset would be required. Deals in the region of £5mil to £50 mil. Geographically, clients will be spread all across the Surrey, Berkshire, South East, Greater & Central London and further afield depending on the client work involved.

​

As Corporate Finance Senior Manager or Director you will bridge the gap between the Executives and the Senior Management team, by not only delivering the more complex reporting, but working with the more junior team members to provide guidance and support.

​

You will be able to lead meetings and relationships with your clients, providing detailed guidance on the information delivered and guide them through the transaction.

​

Acting as a lead on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability. You will be encouraged to network with wider Corporate Finance teams within the business to ensure you are working on a National level to service clients and keep technical expertise current.

​

This is a genuine opportunity with leading accountancy firm. Our client are happy to look at experienced Senior Managers looking to make the move into a more Senior role, or candidates who are already at Director level.

As part of the management team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and wider network to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and staff management.

The Surrey office is commutable from areas all across the Berkshire, West London, the wider South East of the UK and Greater/Central London area. The firm are quite happy with flexible working, so no need to travel into the office 5 days per week.
