Corporate Finance Manager

Clark Wood are working with a leading nationally renowned firm of chartered accountants who are looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager in their Milton Keynes office.

Our client is looking to recruit a Qualified Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic corporate finance team offering exposure to a wide range of Corporate Finance, Business Advisory and M&A work

The firm’s Corporate Finance team specialises in mid-market level (c.£1m - £100m deal values), handling M&A, MBO / MBI, Growth Capital Raising transactions and Due Diligence on both Buy and Sell side transactions.

Joining the Corporate Finance team as a Manager you will support Directors and Partners in managing and executing a wide range of deals and transactions, whilst also coordinating the work of Junior Executives in the team.

Your role will be client facing, involving meeting new and existing clients to discuss exit and growth strategies and pitch for work.
