Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood, are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Executive on behalf of a highly reputable national firm of chartered accountants as they look to add to their Henley on Thames team.

Reporting to the Corporate Finance Managers and Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the provision of a broad array of advisory services to clients predominantly looking at transaction support and lead advisory.

The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA Qualified and will ideally have a background in corporate finance, due diligence, transactions, M&A and lead advisory work, whether that be in a solely CF focused role or having worked on ad-hoc advisory projects as part of an audit or general practice role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Transaction Support - Preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports in respect of: Corporate acquisitions; Private equity acquisitions; Bank pre-lending reviews; Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions

Lead Advisory - Report writing; Financial modelling; M&A analysis; Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business; Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions; Relationship building with local intermediary market
