Corporate Finance Executive

Our client, a national professional services firm in London, City, are looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Executive. You would be dealing with a mixed client base within a wide range of industries, projects are regularly introduced through banks, private equity houses.

The role would involved carrying out financial due diligence work; review financial models; business sales; management buy-outs etc.
Liaising directly with clients to gather information and to quickly develop a strong working relationship with clients
Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches, with involvement in business development activities
Preparing transaction documentation including teasers, information memorandums, business plans and financial forecasts
Preparing business valuations, identifying and approaching potential acquirers

ACA/ACCA Qualified and/or working in a financial services environment

Transactional experience would be advantageous but is not essential
