Corporate Finance Executive / Assistant Manager - Ipswich

Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Executive in an incredibly exciting opportunity for an individual to work with some amazing clients in a thriving Top Accountancy Practice.

Carrying out due diligence work and prepare reports

Creating and review financial models, and prepare reports

Liaising directly with clients to gather information and to quickly develop a strong working relationship with clients

Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches, with involvement in business development activities

Preparing transaction documentation including teasers, information memorandums, business plans and financial forecasts

Preparing business valuations, identifying and approaching potential acquirers

ACA/ACCA Qualified and/or working in a financial services environment

Transactional experience would be advantageous but is not essential
