Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with an established independent firm in Worcester who are seeking to recruit an experienced Cloud Based Bookkeeper to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be based local to Worcester and have strong experience of undertaking cloud based bookkeeping work and preparation of VAT returns within a practice environment and may be AAT qualified / part qualified. The ideal candidate will be technically strong with great client facing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertaking day to day bookkeeping for clients
Preparing VAT returns
Maintaining up to date complete financial records
Liaising with multiple clients at any one time, maintaining and developing relationships
Attending clients’ premises as required to discuss / gather relevant information

Skills:

AAT Part Qualified / Qualified or Qualified by Experience
Experience of Double Entry bookkeeping
2 years’ experience of working in practice is essential
