Are you an experienced Client Manager or Accounts Manager looking for a part-time role with genuine flexibility? Our client, a well-established and progressive accountancy practice located just south of Winchester, is seeking a personable and professional Client Manager to join their expanding team.
About the Role As a Client Manager / Accounts Manager, you will oversee a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, acting as their primary point of contact. You’ll ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard, while providing tailored support and advisory services. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who values flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative working culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
  • Preparing and reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns
  • Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries
  • Providing proactive business advisory support and tailored guidance
  • Reviewing work from junior team members and offering mentoring as needed
  • Overseeing billing, workflow management, and client deadlines
About You
  • ACA / ACCA Qualified (or Finalist) or Qualified by Experience
  • Proven UK accountancy practice experience is essential
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience supervising and reviewing junior team members’ work
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
