Business Services Semi Senior

Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a highly progressive firm in Truro who are now looking to add an Accounts Semi Senior to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing year end accounts, management accounts as well as the preparation of the associated tax computations and returns.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparation of personal and corporate tax computations and returns
Preparation of management accounts
VAT returns
Business administration
Liaising with HMRC to resolve queries where necessary
Building strong client relationships

Skills and Experience required:

AAT part or fully qualified/ ACA/ ACCA Student/ Part Qualified
Ability to work to deadlines
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
