Business Services Manager - Bristol

Our client, a highly successful & respected independent practice in East Bristol, is looking to recruit an experienced Manager to assist with the running of their Accounts & Audit department.

Due to our client's recent success & continued expansion, they are in a recruit an ACA/ ACCA qualified General Practitioner with a lean towards Accounts & Business Services.

Planning, leading, controlling and reviewing work of the Accounts & Audit team;
Managing Accounts & Audit assignments, reviewing work, are developing junior/ qualified staff
You would be working closely with the current directors/ partners
Adept at controlling & growing a client portfolio
Building & maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients
Identify opportunities and cross sell addition services to clients
Good level of Tax knowledge; corporate tax planning, director & business owners etc.

Skills:

ACA / ACCA Qualified 
Proven management and post-qualification Accounts & Audit experience
Good level of Tax knowledge; corporate & personal tax planning would be beneficial
Experience working with OMBs & SMEs
Experience working with Xero would be an advantage
