Clark Wood are working with a leading Solihull based firm of chartered accountants who are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team. This could be undertaken on either a full time or part time basis.

The role consists of bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients in various industries using a variety of software packages (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks). In addition to accurate data processing the role requires accurate reconciliation work and VAT return preparation. Experience of working within an accountancy practice is definitely preferable.

Strong bookkeeping experience is key to the role and as you will take control of a portfolio of bookkeeping and VAT return work.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in practice, will be confident in the use of online bookkeeping software, and may be AAT Qualified or Part Qualified.
