Are you an experienced bookkeeper who would be interested in working with a leading professional services firm?

Based in Richmond ( 2 minute walk from Richmond Train Station) this well-known practice is seeking a candidate who will have strong experience of undertaking bookkeeping work and preparation of VAT returns & management accounts within a practice environment, as well as being versed in preparing accounts (sole trader, partnership and company accounts) to trial balance and review stage

You will be either AAT/ACCA qualified or part qualified with a solid foundation in double entry bookkeeping and keen on pursuing a career in this area. The role offers the chance to work with a great team and manage your own portfolio of clients. There will be lots of client contact so you will need strong communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertaking day to day bookkeeping for clients
Preparing management accounts
Preparing VAT returns
Maintaining up to date complete financial records
Liaising with multiple clients at any one time, maintaining and developing relationships
Attending clients’ premises as required to discuss / gather relevant information
