Our client is currently looking for an Audit Supervisor to join their growing Leeds office

Our client is looking for an individual to provide on-site delivery and supervision of each assignment in an efficient and effective manner, and to help ensure that clients receive a quality service in all respects.  This role will provide an excellent development opportunity as it will allow the successful applicant to manage some small Audits.

Brief Job Description;

Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard within budget, and to discuss all relevant points arising with the Audit Manager immediately, particularly in relation to any anticipated overruns.
Liaise with the client appropriately and to practice the principles of excellent service at all times, acting as a day to day point of contact for the client.
Brief staff on the clients business and the pre assignment instructions, to supervise and control the completion of work and to deliver 'on the job training' where necessary.
Ensure that appropriate liaison takes place with all other departments and that all potential client needs are identified and served accordingly.
Review work completed by junior staff for accuracy and completeness and to perform written job appraisal feedback.

Key Skills;       

CA/ACCA/ACA qualified
Previous audit experience within an accounting practice
