As a result of continued organic growth within the business and an ever increasing international presence, our client has established themselves as one of the leading firms across the UK, and are looking to add an Audit Senior in their Glasgow office.

As an Audit Supervisor you will be responsible for providing on-site management of each assignment in an efficient and effective manner to help ensure that clients receive a quality service in all aspects.

The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA Qualified and will have strong experience of undertaking an audit focused role within a practice environment.

Duties & Responsibilities;

Ensure that the assignment is undertaken in accordance with the pre-assignment instructions, and to carry out the more rigorous aspects of the assignment efficiently, thoroughly and in accordance with the firm's procedures.
Ensure audit quality at all times.  Assist with internal and external quality assurance, ensuring any actions are completed in line with the firms and professional standards.
Communicate any problems in complying with these instructions, or any contentious issues identified, to the assignment manager immediately, identifying and commenting upon the possible solutions.
Act as day-to-day point of contact for the client, and to practice the principles of excellent client service at all times.

Skills;

Candidates must be part of fully ACA or ACCA qualified
Proven audit experience in producing high quality audits.
Audit experience of Owner Managed Business clients would be advantageous.
Experience of analytical review approach desirable.
