Are you an Audit Semi Senior/Senior based in London with a strong background in Charities and the Not For Profit Sector
Public Practice Specialists Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a leading independent firm of accountants in London who due to internal growth and recent acquisitions are looking for an Audit Senior in their Not For Profit team.
The role will involve working with a variety of prestigious clients within the not for profit sector including INGOs, grant makers, schools, academies, membership organisations, professional bodies and housing associations.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to specialise and grow within this sector. You will be working alongside experienced partners and managers with a wealth of not for profit knowledge, within a supportive and approachable environment. Undertaking statutory audits in an audit senior role being involved in all stages of the audit process from planning to completion
Show initiative and take responsibility for management of the audit to ensure completion within the agreed budget
Act as the principal contact for the client during the on-site fieldwork
Manage on-site teams and assist in the supervision and development of more junior team members,
Be able to work to tight deadlines
Professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA)
Substantial post-qualified experience in audit within practice
Experience with Schools and Academies
