Our client is looking for Audit Manager, to work with Charities and Not For Profit clients in their Harrogate office.

Circa £40,000 - £52,000
They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their existing team based in our growing Harrogate office and to support their new Leeds satellite office.
Working within the audit and advisory department you will be part of a talented and collaborative team and will be responsible for a portfolio of charity and other Not-for-profit clients, reporting to the charity’s partners. Your own portfolio will incorporate a wide variety of clients with incomes from £250,000 to £20million.
Candidates should be ACA/ACCA qualified with a good exam record.
The successful candidate will possess a wide range of audit experience.
The successful candidate will also have a good knowledge of current issues within the charities sector.
Experience of auditing and advising charities and knowledge of the Charities SORP and Academies Accounts Direction and Handbook is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the VAT and tax issues affecting charities would be useful but is not essential.
