Are you an audit manager looking to propel your career with a leading National Accountancy firm in Reading?

This is an excellent opportunity offering genuine progression to senior manager within 12 months with this internationally renowned accountancy institution in their Reading office.

You'll have previously worked in practice and have proven experience of managing a portfolio of audit clients, while reviewing the work of junior staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage a key client portfolio, building and maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients
Controls the audit in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures
Manages, motivates and coaches team members
Checks that audit work papers have been properly reviewed and that audit files are completed in a timely manner
Determines that all audit reports reflect the work performed and meet set reporting and auditing standards
Finalise draft report to management
Remains updated to clients' business and is the key contact for day-to-day queries
Assists in the production and presentation of proposals for new work

Skills:

ACA, CA, ACCA Qualified
