Clark Wood are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading national practice with an established and growing international presence who are currently seeking to recruit an Audit & Advisory Manager to join their team in Southampton.
    
As the Audit & Advisory Manager you will manage the audit team, take responsibility for a significant audit portfolio, whilst undertaking the assignment and supervise the delivery of the audit process to ensure the high quality is maintained.

They are offering an excellent opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from small owner-managed businesses, some of the largest listed companies in the UK, partnerships, charities, NFPs and government bodies.

Main Responsibilities

Take responsibility for managing key client portfolio and building and maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients
Plan and co-ordinate all aspects of audit planning, including considering staffing requirements for own assignments and the wider department
Consistently achieves deadlines and understands the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, fee income and client service

Education and Qualifications;

Professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA)
Substantial post-qualified experience in audit within practice
Experience with Listed clients (PLC)
