Audit & Assurance Senior - Leeds

Clark Wood are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Top 10 firm with an established and growing international presence who are currently seeking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their team in Leeds. 

Our client is looking for an individual to work as part of an audit team or take responsibility for running the audit, working directly with the client under manager supervision.  As the Audit Senior you will manage the audit team whilst undertaking the assignment and supervise the delivery of the audit process to ensure the high quality is maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists in the planning, execution and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review, seeking input for areas of concern and judgement
Identifies risk matters and raises with a manager and/or partner, while exercising judgement within agreed parameters
Produce work for the Manager and/or Partner review clearly highlighting issues and providing potential solutions to issues identified
Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
Review and supervise the work of junior members of staff

Skills:

ACA / ACCA Qualified (First Time Passes preferred)
A broad range of external audit experience
