Audit Semi Senior/ Senior - Liverpool

Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with an established and progressive firm of chartered accountants in Liverpool who, as a result of continued growth, are now seeking to recruit an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior or Senior.

The ideal candidate will have a grounding in general practice work and will have experience of assisting on statutory audit assignments.

The ideal candidate are Individuals who have begun studying towards the ACCA or ACA qualifications.

The workload will be varied and will involve a range of duties including assisting on audit assignments as well as preparing year end accounts and the associated tax computations and returns.

Duties and Responsibilities

Attending and assisting with audits including that of planning and field work and stock take
Year-end statutory accounts preparation
Preparation of personal and corporation tax returns for individuals and companies

Skills:

AAT Qualified or ACA / ACCA Part Qualified
Experience of assisting on Audit assignments
