Audit & Accounts Senior/ Assistant Manager - Farnborough, Hampshire
Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a leading and highly reputable firm of accountants in Farnborough, Hampshire who are seeking to add an ACA / ACCA Qualified Accounts & Audit Senior or Assistant Manager to their team.
The successful candidate will undertake a varied role in which you will gain exposure to a wide range of clients from a variety of business sectors. The role will include the preparation and review of accounts and tax compliance work as well as leading audit assignments from the initial planning stage through to completion.
You will be client facing and will be responsible for the supervision of junior staff, assisting in their development.
The ideal candidate will be an ACCA / ACA Finalist, Newly Qualified or have some Post-Qualified experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare the audit plan and ensure it appropriately addresses audit objectives
Take an active part in the audit planning and fraud discussion to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
Ensure planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives
Supervising & developing more junior members of staff
Accounts preparation for sole traders, limited companies & partnerships
ACA / ACCA Qualified or Finalist
Experience of leading audit assignments
Management & Supervisory experience an advantage
