Audit & Accounts Senior - Newcastle
Specialist Accountancy Practice recruiters, Clark Wood, are working with this well regarded and highly respected independent firm of chartered accountants in Newcastle who are looking to add an ACA / ACCA Qualified Audit & Accounts Senior to their growing team.
As an Audit & Accounts Senior you will undertake a varied role in which you will gain exposure to a wide range of clients from a variety of business sectors. The role will include leading audit assignments from the planning stage through to completion including the supervision of junior staff, as well as the preparation and review of year-end accounts and tax compliance. The position will be focused towards audit over accounts work with the audit element of the role accounting for approximately 60-70% of the overall workload.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA / ACA Qualified or at the final stages of their studies and will have recent experience of undertaking a mixed audit and accounts position, including experience of leading audit assignments.
