This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and leading local practice based in Worthing who are looking for an Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager who is looking to progress to a Manager.

As an Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the following;

Providing a premium support accounts service to the Associate

Pro-actively assisting in the maintenance of current client relationships whilst also seeking to establish new client relationships.

Conducting accounts work, including: bookkeeping, preparing accounts, business tax returns, self-assessments and VAT returns.

Providing weekly, clear and prompt communication to Managers in relation to timescales and deliverability of assignments.

Our client based in Worthing is looking for the following knowledge and qualifications:

Are ACCA or ACA qualified

Have relevant practical experience within an Accountancy Practice

Have a knowledge of various software packages

Experience in cloud accounting software and knowledge of payroll and company secretarial matters, would be an advantage
