Specialist Public Practice recruiters Clark Wood are currently working with a highly progressive and well renowned firm of accountants in Barnet who as a result of continued growth within the firm, are seeking to recruit an ACA or ACCA Qualified Business Services (non-audit) Accounts Manager/ Senior Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an ambitious accountant to join the team working closely beneath one of the partners overseeing a sizeable portfolio of around £500,000 in fees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, predominantly made up of owner managed businesses, and will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently for clients within your designated portfolio.

The workload will be primarily focused towards the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax returns as well as managing a small team remotely.

The firm can offer hybrid working with a mixture of home based and office working for the right individual.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an established and forward thinking firm in Barnet where there will be genuine scope for career development. There is scope for progression to Directorship or Partnership within a couple of years for the right individual.
