Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a leading Exeter based firm of chartered accountants who are now looking to add an experienced Accounts Senior to their Accounts team.
This progressive and forward-thinking firm can boast a diverse and interesting client base and as a result of their continually expanding presence, they are now looking to add an experienced individual to undertake a varied general practice role in which the workload will be focused towards year-end accounts production and corporation tax compliance.
As an Accounts Senior you will have responsibility for liaising directly with clients and will be involved with the supervision of junior staff.
The successful individual will have experience of working in a varied general practice role and may be ACA or ACCA Qualified (or at the latter stages of their studies), or Qualified by Experience. Previous experience of working within practice is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to join an established and expanding firm in Exeter where your expertise will be rewarded accordingly.
The firm can offer an impressive hybrid working system so if you are based in Devon and not looking to commute into Exeter every day will offer the chance to split your role accordingly.
Skills:
ACA / ACCA Qualified or Finalist / Qualified by experience
Experience of working in practice is essential
An up-to-date knowledge of all relevant accounting standards
Strong accounting software experience
