Specialist Accountancy Practice recruitment consultancy, Clark Wood, are looking to speak with an experienced and well-rounded Accounts Senior on behalf of a highly reputable and progressive firm of chartered accountants in Stevenage.

As an Accounts Senior your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients from a range of business sectors. The size of clients you will gain exposure to will vary from £500k up to circa £30million.

This modern and well-regarded firm are looking to add an experienced and personable individual to their team where you will undertake a varied general practice role which will include the preparation and review of year-end and management accounts, as well as the associated corporation tax computations and returns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join an established and forward-thinking firm in Stevenage who place a real emphasis on building a happy and supportive working environment, conducive to allowing individuals to develop both personally and professionally.

The successful person will have experience of working in a similar practice role and may be ACA / ACCA Qualified (or at the final stages of their studies). Previous experience of working within practice is essential.

ACA / ACCA Qualified or Finalists
Experience of working in practice is essential
An up-to-date knowledge of all relevant accounting standards
Strong accounting software experience
