Accounts Senior – Redditch
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Career Progression
Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Redditch.
This role would suit an Accounts Senior, Accounts Semi Senior or AAT / ACA / ACCA Accountant with previous UK accountancy practice experience.
The Role

Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
Supporting clients with Xero and cloud accounting
Assisting Managers with client assignments and advisory work
Managing deadlines and ensuring work is completed accurately

The Person

Previous accountancy practice experience
Experience working with SME and OMB clients
Strong Xero and cloud accounting knowledge
Good communication and client management skills
AAT, ACA / ACCA part-qualified, qualified or QBE
