Accounts Senior

Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with this well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Finchley,North London who are seeking to recruit a Business Services Senior to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within practice and will be keen to develop their career and skill set within an established and forward thinking firm.

The role will involve working with a variety of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships and you will be responsible for providing a range of services including statutory accounts preparation, Bookkeeping and VAT Returns, as well as undertaking tax compliance work.

The role would suit an ambitious AAT Qualified or ACA / ACA Part Qualified individual who is now keen to take the next step in their career within a role where there will be genuine prospects for career development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Experienced in producing company accounts; sole traders, partnerships and especially limited companies for review
Preparation of corporate tax computations including filing CT600s
Preparation of personal tax computations and returns
Undertake Bookkeeping work and preparing VAT returns for clients

Skills:

AAT Part Qualified or Qualified and/or ACA/ACCA Part Qualified
Previous Practice Experience essential
Experience of IRIS software would be beneficial but is not essential
