​AAT Qualified Accountant – Nantwich

Our client, a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Nantwich, is currently seeking an AAT Qualified Accountant to join their growing team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Client Director, the ideal candidate will hold an AAT qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting practice. A full UK driving licence is essential, as this is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering an excellent opportunity for career development within a dynamic and expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting accounts portfolio managers in delivering client services.

  • Bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns.

  • Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

  • Preparing corporation tax computations and returns.

  • Some involvement in personal tax work, though this is not the primary focus.
