Accounts Senior

​Our client is a local firm of Chartered Accountants located in Crosby, Liverpool, currently seeking an Accountant to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Director, the ideal candidate will be either AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA Part Qualified, possessing a minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting practice environment. This role offers a hands-on, client-facing opportunity within a dynamic and expanding accountancy practice, with prospects for professional development and advancement within the firm.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist accounts portfolio managers in delivering client services.

Responsibilities include bookkeeping, preparation of VAT returns, and compiling accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Prepare corporation tax computations and returns.

Some involvement in personal tax matters, though this is not the primary focus.
