Clark Wood is collaborating with a leading independent firm of accountants in Hartlepool to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior for their expanding team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual seeking career advancement within a dynamic accountancy practice. You will play a pivotal role in the firm's growth and team development.

Located in Hartlepool, with ample parking, this firm boasts a talented team and a diverse client base across the region.

Key responsibilities include preparing accounts and tax computations, supporting a portfolio of clients spanning owner-managed businesses and small to medium enterprises, and supervising junior staff members.

This role provides a solid platform for progression to Senior Accountant, involving direct client interaction and management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' practice experience and be minimum AAT Qualified or nearing the end of their exams

Proficiency in cloud-based software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks is essential.
