This well-regarded firm provides an outstanding platform for career progression, with a clear route through to Senior Accountant level. The role is client-facing and fast-paced, offering exposure to high-profile clients and a strong mix of compliance and advisory work.

The portfolio is diverse, covering sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, LLPs, trusts, and small charities.

This permanent opportunity is ideal for an AAT qualified or ACCA/CA part-qualified accountant looking to strengthen their technical grounding while developing advisory, client management, and supervisory skills.

The firm have an excellent benefits system in place which includes a 35 hour working week and a hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days in the office ( core hours are 10-4), 25 days annual leave, Life Assurance cover and great flexible benefits and family friendly policies. Eligibility for the firm’s Profit-Sharing Plan. Paid in December.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of year-end financial statements
Leading ad-hoc advisory and project work
Reviewing work prepared by junior team members
Planning workloads and managing deadlines
Billing and WIP management
Liaising across departments
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
