Clark Wood are currently working with a leading firm who are looking for an Accounts Semi Senior in their Waterlooville office

The successful individual may have already completed or may be working towards the latter stages of their AAT Qualification or may have recently begun their ACCA studies.  

As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will undertake a varied role which will see you involved with the preparation of year-end accounts and the associated tax computations for a diverse range of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You will also be responsible for completing bookkeeping work for clients and preparing and submitting periodic VAT returns.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

Preparation of basic personal and corporate tax computations and returns

Undertaking Bookkeeping work for clients

Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts

Liaising with clients to resolve queries where necessary 

Skills:  

AAT Part Qualified / Qualified or CCA Students

Practice experience essential
