Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a progressive and modern firm of Chartered Accountants in Melton Mowbray who are looking to add an experienced Accounts Semi Senior/Senior to their team.

As an Accounts Semi Senior/Senior your role will be varied but predominantly consist of providing Accounting and Tax compliance services to a varied portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. The workload will include the preparation and review of both statutory and management accounts as well as tax compliance and you will also be involved in the provision of business advisory services to clients.

This role offers an excellent level of responsibility and autonomy as the successful candidate will work towards having responsibility for their own portfolio of clients as well as being involved in the supervision of junior members of the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with 3+ years practice experience based in or around Melton Mowbray and Leicestershire to join a leading firm of accountants with a good platform to continue their career development.

The ideal candidate may be AAT Qualified, may have already begun their ACA / ACCA studies, or may be nearing the end of the qualification.
