Accounts Semi Senior

Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a leading independent practice who due to internal growth are looking for an experienced Business Services Semi Senior/Senior to join their Honiton office.

The role will involve working with a variety of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships from a range of business sectors with the workload being diverse. This will include the preparation and review of statutory and management accounts, as well as the associated corporation tax computations and returns.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in their Business Services department and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, flexible working hours and an excellent platform to progress.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies from incomplete records, or computerised records
Producing a set of accounts for review, either by a manager or reporting directly to a partner
Preparation of Personal and Corporation Tax returns
Preparation of VAT returns
Undertaking Bookkeeping work for clients

Skills:

AAT Qualified
ACCA Part Qualified

Experience of working in practice is essential
