This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and leading local practice based in Wilmslow who are looking for an Accounts Manager / Client Portfolio Manager (Accountancy Practice).

Accounts Manager (Accountancy Practice)
Circa £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Supporting the Directors, as an Accounts Manager / Client Portfolio Manager (Accountancy Practice) you will be responsible for the following;

Responsible for managing all aspects of a varied portfolio of clients following the firm’s established policies and procedures
Be pro-active in providing added value to the clients
Maintaining client relationships at an appropriate level
Accountable for work in progress, job budgets and the billing of work.
Training and supervising junior members of staff
Involvement in internal meetings to ensure work in progress is actively manage communicate with directors, clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Our client based in Wilmslow is looking for the following knowledge and qualifications:

ACA/ACCA qualification essential
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good technical knowledge in the areas of accounts, taxation and the commercial aspects of business. Experience of supervising and training staff
