Accounts Manager – Hereford
£45,000 to £52,000
Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a growing independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Hereford.
The role would suit an Accounts Manager, Accounts Senior or ACA/ACCA qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of SMEs, owner-managed businesses and agricultural clients, working closely with Partners and supporting junior staff.
The Role
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and tax clients
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
  • Reviewing tax compliance work
  • Acting as a key client contact
  • Reviewing work and supporting junior staff
  • Assisting Partners with advisory and general practice work
About You
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE
  • Strong UK accountancy practice experience
  • Experience managing a client portfolio
  • Good accounts and tax knowledge
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Experienced Accounts Seniors looking to progress are encouraged to apply
