The Role
Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Oversee accounts preparation and compliance work.
Manage, motivate and develop the accounts team.
Review work and ensure high standards are maintained.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support the continued growth of the department.

About You
Strong UK accountancy practice experience.
ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
Strong technical accounts knowledge.
Previous supervisory or management experience.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Organised, proactive and confident managing a team.
