Accounts Manager – Thame

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000+ Excellent Benefits

·       A leading accountancy and tax advisory practice with specialist expertise in the agricultural, landed estates, and private client sectors is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

·       This role offers clear progression, hybrid working, and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage accounts preparation workflows and statutory accounts review (FRS102, FRS102 1A, FRS105).

·       Oversee resource planning to meet deadlines.

·       Liaise with clients and report directly to Partners.

·       Prepare corporation tax computations and returns.

·       Supervise and support junior team members.

About You

·       ACA / ACCA qualified with 3+ years’ UK post-qualified experience.

·       Background in a medium/large practice.

·       Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus.

·       Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills.
