Accounts Manager - Reading
Specialist Public Practice recruiters Clark Wood are currently working with a rapidly growing independent firm of accountants in Reading, Berkshire who - as a result of continued growth - are seeking to recruit an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accounts/ Outsourcing Manager (non-audit) to join their team.
The ideal candidate would be an Accounts or Outsourcing Assistant Manager/ Client Manager with a varied general practice background encompassing preparing and reviewing statutory accounts & management accounts, overseeing & growing a client portfolio, staff management and business development.
The ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking an Accounts and Tax focused position within a client facing environment and will have gained significant exposure to a range of clients, particularly those within the SME and OMB markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an established and forward thinking firm where there will be genuine scope for career development. There is genuine scope for progression to Director for the right individual.
The candidate would ideally be commuting from in and around the Berkshire area; Newbury, Reading, Wokingham, Basingstoke, Slough etc.
Skills:
ACA / ACCA Qualified
Excellent understanding of Cloud Accounting
Experience of staff and client management
