Are you an experienced Client Manager or Senior Manager seeking a new challenge with a leading practice in Staffordshire?
Specialist Public Practice recruiters, Clark Wood, are currently working with a highly progressive and well-renowned firm of accountants in Stafford. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an ACA or ACCA Qualified Business Services (non-audit) Accounts Manager. This role offers genuine progression to Director level for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, predominantly owner-managed businesses.
Ensure all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently for clients within your designated portfolio.
Focus on the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax returns, with most clients having turnovers near the audit threshold.
Ideal Candidate:
ACA / ACCA Qualified
Significant experience in an Accounts and Tax focused role within a client-facing environment.
Proven exposure to a range of clients, particularly within the SME and OMB markets.
Excellent understanding of Cloud Accounting.
Experience in staff and client management.
