Our client a Regional firm of Chartered Accountants in Droitwich who due to recent growth are looking to appoint an ACCA / ACA Qualified Accounts Manager to the firm.
The firm are looking for someone with a strong accounts and tax background to come on board and work underneath one of the Partners in a general practice capacity, working on a portfolio of OMBs and SMEs.
You will be responsible for managing and assisting in the development of junior staff (6 other Accountants) which will include providing support to them where necessary and reviewing their work.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA / ACA Qualified with strong and varied general practice experience.
Alternatively, you will be working an experienced Accounts Senior and be looking to make the next step up in to an Accounts Manager role.
