​​Our Client a local independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Winchester, are seeking an ACCA/ACA Qualified Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

The firm have a strong reputation across Hampshire and are looking for an experienced Accountant to consolidate and develop their grip on the mid-tier market.

As an Accounts Manager your role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of clients which will include a mix of small-medium limited companies, sole traders and partnerships from a wide array of business sectors.

The firm would also look at Assistant Manager's looking to make the step up into a Accounts Manager role.

You will be responsible for managing and assisting in the development of junior staff which will include providing support to them where necessary and reviewing their work.
