The Manchester office of this well-known accountancy firm are currently recruiting for an Accounts & Outsourcing Senior or Assistant Manager to work as part of their Business Services Team.
The role focuses on tasks including the accurate processing of clients’ financial data and the preparation of monthly/ quarterly management accounts and annual financial accounts, VAT returns and associated outputs therefrom within the timeframe agreed with the client or required by statute.
The role is permanent and would suit an ACCA or ACA qualified accountant who is seeking to consolidate their knowledge of accounts, VAT and management accounts, and take it to the next level by building on their client management and supervisory skills.

Preparation of monthly/ quarterly management accounts for clients.
Prepare monthly/ quarterly VAT returns from financial information supplied by client.
Prepare annual financial statements including statutory accounts, partnership accounts, sole trader accounts and trust accounts for tax purposes.
Visit client premises to undertake on-site accounting needs as required.
Development of the cloud accounting technology capability of the members of staff within the team.
Monitoring of staff performance, carrying out appraisals and ensuring feedback is given to staff on a timely basis.
ACA/ACCA/ CIMA/ AAT Qualified or Qualified by Experience
