Accounts & Audit Senior Manager

This is a very rare opportunity providing development & progression at a leading regional firm. Due to their continued expansion our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior Manager to join the firm, to assist with departmental management and the growth of their own client portfolio of OMBs , PLCs & SMEs.

Our client is looking for someone who can be trusted to work with a huge amount of autonomy. They also want the individual to come in, pick up and then grow a client portfolio. There would be a great deal of client contact, you would be encouraged & assisted in expanding your own client portfolio.

Networking & developing business would be part of your progression to partner, but the main responsibilities of the role would be;

Managing significant Audit & Accounts assignments, reviewing work, develop junior staff.
You would be working closely with the current partners.

You would take responsibility for leading & developing a successful team; building & maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

ACA / ACCA Qualified
Experience of managing a portfolio
Strong external audit experience
