Clark Wood, a renowned accountancy practice recruitment specialist, is currently partnering with a prestigious firm of chartered accountants in Lancaster to find an Accounts & Audit Senior for their expanding team.
Role Overview:
As an Accounts & Audit Senior, you will engage in a diverse role, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients across various business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading audit assignments from initial planning to completion for various clients, including group structures and large standalone limited companies, as well as some not-for-profits.
Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and handling corporation tax compliance work.
Managing client interactions and supervising junior staff, contributing to their development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
ACCA / ACA Qualified or nearing qualification.
Recent experience in a mixed audit and accounts role, with a proven track record of leading audit assignments.
