Accounts & Audit Senior

​Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a Bristol based Accountancy Practice who are currently recruiting for an Accounts & Audit Senior.

You will take responsibility for delivering services to a diverse portfolio of clients with turnovers of up to £60m across various industries.

You will be part of a friendly, hardworking team of approximately 60 professionals, including five Partners.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Bristol office during this exciting time!

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage audit planning and fieldwork for a client portfolio

•Deliver high-quality, fully compliant financial statements

•Identify risk areas within a client's business and define the appropriate audit approach

•Review team members' work to ensure audit objectives are met

•Assist in managing, motivating, mentoring, and developing a team

•Use in-depth client knowledge to anticipate and address challenging, complex, and interesting issues

You will excel in this role if:

•You are ACA/ACCA fully qualified

•You understand the broader context as well as the specifics of auditing individual balances

•You possess well-developed supervisory skills, including coaching and motivating audit assistants

•You have strong project management skills, including decision-making, analytical skills, time management, organizational, evaluative, and administrative abilities
