Accountancy recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with an established and well renowned firm of chartered accountants who are looking to add an Audit & Accounts Senior to the team in their Coventry office.

As an Audit & Accounts Senior, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role in which you will gain exposure to a wide range of clients from a variety of business sectors. The role will be focused towards the completion of audit assignments and you will be responsible for leading audits from the initial planning stage through to completion. The position will also include the finalisation and review of year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.

As a Senior you will be client facing and will be responsible for the supervision of junior staff, assisting in their development as they progress. Based out of the firm’s Coventry office, you will work with clients from a multitude of industries and, due to the firm’s excellent reputation in the area, you will gain exposure to working with some of the region’s premier businesses.

The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACA Qualified or at the final stages of their studies and will have recent experience of undertaking a mixed audit and accounts position, including experience of leading audit assignments.
