Supporting the Managers, Senior Managers and Directors, as an Accounts & Audit Senior you will be responsible for the following;

As an Audit Senior you will be expected to take a lead on the Audit process from planning through to completion, working with an appropriately assigned team to deliver on each assignment, liaising with Managers to resolve any issues and providing support to trainee’s to aid their development through feedback & coaching whilst on assignment.

You will also be involved in undertaking non-audit assignments such as some accounts preparation & VAT/tax computations amongst.

Our client based in Lewes is looking for the following knowledge and qualifications:

ACA / ACCA Qualified
Manage client audit engagements across a wide variety of sectors, including charities, independent schools and owner managed businesses
Manage the workflow, and resourcing of the audit portfolio
Supervise and support colleagues
Lead planning (including client meetings), review of audit files and statutory accounts
