Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a highly reputable regional firm of Chartered Accountants who are seeking to recruit an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior to join the team in their Norwich office.

Within this varied role you will be expected to assist with completion of audit fieldwork for a diverse range of clients, developing strong internal and external client relationships, and discussing other possible services with clients. Your role will also include preparation of financial statements for audit and non-audit clients as well as the associated tax compliance work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertaking statutory audit and preparation of accounts, reports, ad-hoc assignments etc.
Planning, execution and completion of audits reporting to managers and partners.
Co-ordinate fieldwork at clients including liaising with relevant departments.
Communicating and building relationships with clients.
Strong participator in the audit team on site and completing jobs with minimal supervision, to deadlines and within budget.

Skills:

AAT Qualified / ACCA or ACA Part Qualified
Experience of assisting on audit assignments
Experience of preparing year end accounts
